I wanted to take some time to reflect on my first year as a Pro. The Highs. The Lows. The good. The Bad. The fun! The take aways from this year are beyond describable and I think that I have matured as an athlete in great ways. Lets take a look back at a few moments this year that really stick out in my mind:

1) I ran a 1:24 half marathon! (twice!) and a 1:30 half in a HIM!

2) I won and broke the course record at the Warhawk Tri!

3) I swam a 18 minute oly distance swim and came out with the 1 and only Current WoRld Champ Rinny! (Knoxville)

Yep, thats me in the Back! Team TYR always in front!
4) I can now consistently swim 1:10s in the pool, down from 1:20 last year.
